Exchange Period:Upon receiving your parcel, you have a window of 3 to 5 days to request an exchange for products.

Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be purchased directly from our official store or website.

Timeframe: The exchange policy is applicable within 48 hours from the time of purchase.

Conditions for Exchange:For an exchange to be processed, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all exchange requests.
  • Please note that customized or personalized jewelry items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please reach out to our customer support team via phone, email, or our social media platforms.

Our dedicated customer support team will assist you throughout the exchange process, providing a return shipping label (if applicable) and detailed instructions for securely packaging the item.

Exchange Options: You have the following exchange options to choose from:

  1. a) Exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value: If the new item has a lower value, the price difference will be refunded. Please note that exchanges will not be entertained if the price difference exceeds PKR 250/-.
  2. b) Exchange for a different product of higher value: If you opt for a product of higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference between the original item and the new selection.

Shipping Costs:

  • If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For exchanges based on personal preferences or sizing issues, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exceptions: Please note that earrings cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong order.
